Almost 500 companies are presented on European VR market

According to the VR market map created by Ventire Reality and LucidWeb, the number of startups has increased to 487.

The companies also conducted the same analysis in February indicating only 300 startups. It means that the VR industry is rocketing.

Despite a rather balanced distribution of companies in Europe, some VR hubs can be detected. For example, there are 46 such companies in the UK, 29 in France and 19 in Sweden. By the way, the gaming world is a sphere where VR technologies are the most widespread.

The research accounted companies that develop VR tools, platforms and apps. According to the report, entrepreneurship turned to be the most investment attractive, unlike healthcare and education.
