The first update for Google Glass was released after 3 years

After 3 years, Google has released the first update for its Google Glass. Now they support Android 5.1.

The gadget was launched on the market in 2014, and the first update for it was released just recently. Thanks to it, the device supports Bluetooth, which allows you to connect a wireless mouse and keyboard.

Previously, Google Glass was compatible only with Android 4.2, and it worked pretty bad. But after the update, it works with Android 5.1, so that notifications from the smartphone can now be sent to the headset.

At the beginning, the demand for Google Glass was low, and in 2015 the company stopped producing the consumer version of the glasses. But the released update shows that Google still has programmers who deal with this gadget.
